Prior to founding Goodrich Ad Valorem Property Tax Services, Brenda was a Senior Financial Analyst
with Hewlett Packard. Her background as a financial analyst gives her a unique understanding of the income
approach to valuation and the accounting needs of her clients.
Brenda holds an MBA in finance from the University of Oregon. She is an associate member of the Intstitute
for Property Taxation (IPT), Appraisal Institute (AI), the International Association of Assesing Officers (IAAO), and International
Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She is the Sponsorship Chairperson for the East Bay Commercial Real
Estate Women's (CREW) Network, and enjoys sailing in her spare time.
